1906 gold-boom camp in the Virginia Range east of the Comstock, laid out after the Ramsey brothers’ strike and briefly home to saloons, hotels, a newspaper, and the Ramsey-Comstock mill. Mill ruins and townsite scatters remain on the Lyon side of the range—far from the saturated Virginia City core.
