Short-lived Comstock-era toll-road settlement on the Washington Toll Road (later Lousetown / SR 45 corridor) between the Truckee River at Lockwood and Virginia City. Stone foundations, mill remains, and canyon road grades mark a 1860s–1870s way station in the Castle Peak / Washington mining district—not the same Washington in Nye County.
