Upper End and Mesa campgrounds, fishing (rainbow trout, catfish), boat access, and trailheads (Lake Roberts Trail, Purgatory Chasm, Spirit Canyon) — the main developed lake stop on the NM-35 approach toward Gila Cliff Dwellings.
