Short-lived Black Rock Desert silver-rush camp on the west slope of the Black Rock Range (late 1850s–1860s), named for James Allen Hardin’s rumored silver find. Boomlet produced little recoverable silver; stone foundations and mill traces are reported near Double Hot Spring country. Extremely remote.
