Long-used mineral hot spring on the Cupeño / Kumeyaay landscape of the northern San Diego backcountry, at the Warner Springs community along SR-79. GNIS lists a named Spring (Warner Hot Spring) beside the Populated Place; for generations the springs powered a mountain resort and spa. Distinct from Agua Caliente County Park (Anza-Borrego) and Jacumba Hot Springs on the Mexican border—different valleys, different geothermal systems.
