Ashley National Forest visitor center and rim overlook on the south wall of Red Canyon above Flaming Gorge Reservoir. Floor-to-wall windows and outdoor viewpoints frame a ~1,400–1,600 ft drop into the flooded canyon; interpretive exhibits and the Canyon Rim Trail make this the classic developed scenic stop on UT-44 between Vernal and Manila.
