Pie Town

High-country hamlet on U.S. 60 in Catron County, known for pie cafes, Continental Divide Trail resupply, and Russell Lee’s 1940 Farm Security Administration photographs of Depression-era homesteaders. It is a living community (CDP), not a pure ruin—a cultural-historic stop on the Plains of San Agustin approach to the Very Large Array. Services are seasonal; elevation is about 7,500 feet.
