Mystic Hot Springs

Commercial geothermal resort on the northeast edge of Monroe where mineral water issues near 168°F along the Sevier Fault zone and cools into outdoor soaking pools and tubs in the low- to mid-90s–100s°F range. Long known as Monroe or Cooper Hot Springs—used by Indigenous peoples and later homesteaders—the property has run as a bathhouse, dance hall, and modern rustic soak-and-camp destination with day passes and overnight options. Travertine terraces and a funky cabin/bus campground set it apart from municipal pools.
