Hardyville

Colorado River ferry town and Mohave County seat founded in the 1860s by William Hardy at a major crossing on the Arizona–California river corridor. Steamers and freighters used the landing before rail and modern highways shifted traffic to Needles and Bullhead. Surface fabric is thin; the Hardyville Pioneer Cemetery upriver preserves the community’s name and river-era graves. Field pin is the historical townsite/ferry vicinity—not a preserved Main Street.
