A forest of Cutler–Moenkopi mudstone towers above the Colorado River corridor northeast of Moab—the Titan, Ancient Art corkscrew summit, Kingfisher, and Echo Tower among them. BLM Fisher Towers Recreation Site offers a National Recreation Trail looping the base plus a small tent campground; world-famous for photography and hard desert aid climbs.
